Baum's Music Store has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy.

Baum's Music may collect information from web visitors/users on a voluntary basis only. We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organizations.  This information allows us to provide users with areas to post and modify their original content on our site. We do not sell our users' personal information, to anyone for any reason. We ensure that your personal data will not be disclosed to State institutions and authorities except if required by law or other regulation. We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure and unauthorized modification. All our employees, designated agents and data processors, who have access to, and are associated with the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our visitors' personal data.

When posting personal information, our visitors/users decide for themselves how much contact information they wish to display. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties, for which Baum's Music is not responsible.
