Howard Cloud

Howard Cloud owned his first bass at 15, studying along the way with legends such as the late great Chuck Dudley, bassist Jerry Jemmott,Gary Willis, and presently with Jazz Educator Charlie Banacos from the New England Conservatory of Music. He's opened for and played with Jazz Greats Dizzy Gillespie, Norman Connors, and "Peg Leg Bates Variety Show". An East Coast beginning of lazz, R&B, Disco and gospel blended with Reggae, Latin and Calypso music from the Caribbean has powered his talent. Today, Howard plays with various New Mexico groups in and around the state while producing voiceovers and teaching private bass lessons.
